Shipping Policy

Orders placed via E-Cloth Inc. and orders placed on ship to the USA and Canada.

For European sales please visit our UK website at Please allow up to 2 business days for processing online orders.

For orders in the continental US, e-cloth offers free shipping to all orders over $20*. A flat-rate shipping charge of $3.99 will be applied to orders under $20. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will be charged shipping cost during checkout at the preference of the customer.

*Order total is $20 after any promotions or discounts are applied.

*Gift Card purchases do not count towards the $20 minimum order requirement.


E-Cloth Inc. uses the best available method to ensure fast, safe, and efficient delivery of your order. Currently the following delivery services are used:

Orders are generally delivered within 3-5 business days depending on location.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected in states where E-Cloth Inc. has a nexus, or physical corporate presence. The following states are where e-cloth has such a presence, and is required to collect applicable sales tax: Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Virginia.
