Ordering E-Cloth

Can I buy E-Cloth in a retail store?

Absolutely! You can find E-Cloth in a variety of stores. Enter your zip code in our store locator to get a full list of retailers who carry E-Cloth products in your neighborhood.

How do I place an order?

Ordering from the E-Cloth website is easy. Navigate to a product page, select the quantity and add the product to your cart. For certain products, you can choose the color or size.

 

To purchase, you can checkout as a guest, but we recommend creating or signing into your account to easily see your order history and gain rewards points. Continue by entering your shipping address, billing address, and your payment information. Be sure that your billing zip code matches the zip code from your payment method. E-Cloth can process Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, ShopPay, or Apple Pay. Submit your purchase.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders ship from our warehouse in Dover, NH. We do our best to ship your order on the next business day. To reduce fuel usage and to keep our shipping fees low, we’ll use the most efficient shipping carrier and method.

 

For shipping to the contiguous US, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $30. Standard shipping under $30 is $5.99.

 

We do ship to PO Boxes. Shipping to the non-contiguous US, neighboring territories, and Canada is charged based on distance and carrier speed. You can choose the shipping rate at the checkout.

I live in a remote area. Can I request a specific carrier?

If you’d like to request a specific service, please contact us at hello@e-cloth.com with your order number as soon as you place your order. As long as your order hasn’t already been shipped, we can accommodate your request.

I live in North America, but outside of the non-contigious US. Can you ship to me?

We ship direct from our Dover, NH warehouse to non-contiguous US states, territories, and Canada. To facilitate this, please choose the shipping carrier and cost at checkout.

My package has been in transit for several days with no updates. What's up?

If your package has been in transit for several days with no update to its tracking information, it may have been lost or damaged. Please contact us with your order and tracking number, and we can further assess the situation. To expedite the resolution, please open a claim with the carrier using the tracking number in your shipment confirmation.

The tracking status of my order says delivered, but I haven't received anything. What's up?

Sometimes online tracking information will state that a package has been delivered when it still has a day or two left in its journey. Carriers might also place packages in an area other than the mailbox, so make sure to check all inconspicuous areas around the home and ask other household members and neighbors if they’ve seen the package.

 

If a day or two passes and you still haven’t found your package, please open a claim with the carrier using the tracking number found in your shipment confirmation.

Product Guarantee

What is your product guarantee policy?

With standard use and care, we guarantee most of our products for 300 washes. This means your E-Cloth product should last 3 years on average.

If you feel that your product fell short of 300 washes, please reach out to us at hello@e-cloth.com.

I received a defective or damaged product. What can I do?

We can help! Please send an explanation of the issue and picture(s) of the defective product to hello@e-cloth.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you from there. To expedite the resolution, please include your order number with your message. If you ordered or purchased from a different retailer, please include a copy of your receipt.

 

Please note: During use, discoloration or light fraying may occur depending on what you are cleaning. This does not affect the performance of the product at all, and you can continue to use the product as intended. Happy cleaning!

Return and Exchange Policy

What’s your return and exchange policy?

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, don’t worry – we’ll make it right! The majority of our products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your delivery date. If your item is unused and unopened when it arrives back to our warehouse, we can refund your original payment method. Otherwise, if the item(s) are used or opened, we can offer you a replacement product(s) of equal value or a store credit. All US-based returns have free return shipping.

 

We’ll want to learn from your experience, so we might ask some questions about why our product didn’t meet your expectations. But rest assured, returns and exchanges are easy, friendly, and fast!

About E-Cloth Products

I'm new to E-Cloth. How do I use it?

Put simply, for most E-Cloth cleaning cloths, you'll wet the cloth under the faucet, wring it out, and use it to wipe down a surface.

How do I wash E-Cloth products?

Generally, E-Cloth products should be washed with a small amount of laundry detergent and no bleach, fabric softeners, or dryer sheets. They can be air dried or tumble dried.

What material is used to make E-Cloth products?

Most E-Cloth products are made of microfiber, or more specifically: a combination of polyester and polyamide.

Where is E-Cloth made?

E-Cloth is proud to be a global company with an international sales footprint. Our products are made in various countries throughout Asia, including Vietnam, Taiwan, and Indonesia. On each product page, the Specifications tab lists where that particular product is manufactured specifically for E-Cloth.

What surfaces are E-Cloth products appropriate to use on?

E-Cloth products are appropriate to use on all hard surfaces, including but not limited to wood, marble, glass, stainless steel, hardwood, linoleum, and vinyl.

 

Please note that all textiles should be washed prior to your first use.

Can I use other agents besides water with E-Cloth?

While unnecessary to the cleaning performance, you may use different agents with E-Cloth products if you wish.

 

Please note that using agents other than water will clog the fibers quickly, so you may need to launder the product immediately and more frequently than when using just water.

My E-Cloth product is stained or frayed from use. What should I do?

Stains or frays will not affect the cleaning performance of your product, so you can keep using the product.

 

For frays, feel free to snip off any strands or threads.

 

To help remove stains, boil the product in water for up to 10 minutes. You can also rub a small amount of dish soap, stain remover, and/or baking soda into the stain and let it sit for a few minutes, then wash according to the normal wash instructions.

How can I return an E-Cloth product I bought from Amazon or another retailer?

If you ordered from an authorized retailer, we cannot facilitate a return since we didn’t process your transaction. Please contact the retailer you purchased from and they will be happy to assist you.

I'm new to E-Cloth. How do I use it?

Put simply, for most E-Cloth cleaning cloths, you'll wet the cloth under the faucet, wring it out, and use it to wipe down a surface.

How do I wash E-Cloth products?

Generally, E-Cloth products should be washed with a small amount of laundry detergent and no bleach, fabric softeners, or dryer sheets. They can be air dried or tumble dried.

 

Please note: Dusting products usually perform best when air dried.

What material is used to make E-Cloth products?

Most E-Cloth products are made of microfiber, or more specifically: a combination of polyester and polyamide.

Where is E-Cloth made?

E-Cloth is proud to be a global company with an international sales footprint. Our products are made in various countries throughout Asia, including Vietnam, Taiwan, and Indonesia. On each product page, the Specifications tab lists where that particular product is manufactured specifically for E-Cloth.

What surfaces are E-Cloth products appropriate to use on?

E-Cloth products are appropriate to use on all hard surfaces, including but not limited to wood, marble, glass, stainless steel, hardwood, linoleum, and vinyl.

 

Please note that all textiles should be washed prior to your first use.

Can I use other agents besides water with E-Cloth?

While unnecessary to the cleaning performance, you may use different agents with E-Cloth products if you wish.

 

Please note that using agents other than water will clog the fibers quickly, so you may need to launder the product immediately and more frequently than when using just water.

My E-Cloth product is stained or frayed from use. What should I do?

Stains or frays will not affect the cleaning performance of your product, so you can keep using the product.

 

For frays, feel free to snip off any strands or threads.

 

To help remove stains, boil the product in water for up to 10 minutes. You can also rub a small amount of dish soap, stain remover, and/or baking soda into the stain and let it sit for a few minutes, then wash according to the normal wash instructions.
