LOVE ❤️ but my long duster broke before I could use it 😞

"Love Ecloth glass rags been using for years decide to do this bundle . Love the flat dusted for tight spaces love the tote and the dust rags … I was soo excited down the long Duster. But I couldn’t figure out how to extend it so I emailed you guys and was told to stand on the bottom part and pull up for a stand and it did extend, but the flat piece broke off and I cannot get it back on and I’m so sad is there anyway I could get a replacement on that cause I love everything else and this is my thing I wanted the most I’ve tried and tried tried to pop it back on there but it’s not working."

Short Finger Length

"Great concept however best suited for someone with short fingers and a wide palm. I have average to long finger length and average palm size for a female (glove size 7). Too uncomfortable and difficult to use for someone with finger length that is slightly longer than this mitt. While I love my ecloth dusting cloth this variation is a miss for me."

Not impressed with the mop.

"Not impressed with the mop. When you press it against the wall the cloth moves off the head. It’s not on tight enough. Don’t waste your money"

"I am underwhelmed. You supposedly compare to Norwex but you do not have the baclock or environ cloth features. I just overpaid for a dust mop and a set of microfiber rags."
